Welcome to Coixa ("Coixa", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coixa website, applications, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using Coixa, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Nature of the Service

Coixa is a non-custodial wallet and decentralized application (dApp) interface designed to enable users to interact with blockchain networks, sign transactions, and access decentralized finance (DeFi) features.

Coixa does not custody, control, or manage user funds, private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and assets.

2. Eligibility

You represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Your use of Coixa complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We do not provide services to users in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Coixa, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for managing and securing your private keys, recovery phrases, and devices.
• You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• You will not use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse engineer the Services.

Loss of access to your wallet or assets due to user error, device loss, or compromised credentials is not recoverable by Coixa.

4. Non-Custodial Disclaimer

Coixa does not:

• Hold or transfer digital assets on your behalf.
• Have access to your private keys or recovery phrases.
• Guarantee transaction execution, confirmation, or success.

All transactions occur directly on the blockchain and are subject to network conditions, fees, and smart contract behavior.

5. Third-Party Services and Smart Contracts

The Services may integrate or link to third-party blockchain protocols, smart contracts, APIs, decentralized applications, and regulated fiat-to-crypto service providers (including Onramp.money).

Coixa:

• Does not own, operate, or control third-party services.
• Does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
• Is not responsible for delays, transaction failures, KYC decisions, compliance checks, account restrictions, or losses arising from your use of third-party services.
• Does not process or store payment card information or identity verification documents submitted to third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Fees

Coixa does not charge custody fees. Network transaction fees ("gas fees") are determined by the underlying blockchain and paid directly by the user.

Certain features may introduce service fees in the future, which will be clearly disclosed prior to use.

7. Fiat-to-Crypto Services

Coixa provides access to fiat-to-cryptocurrency purchase services through third-party providers such as Onramp.money.

Any purchase, payment processing, identity verification (KYC), fraud screening, compliance review, or transaction approval is performed solely by the third-party provider.

Coixa is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for:

• Approval or rejection of purchases
• Identity verification outcomes
• Processing delays
• Exchange rates
• Service availability
• Regulatory decisions
• Refunds or payment disputes

By using these services, you acknowledge that you may be required to agree to the third-party provider's own terms and privacy policy.

8. No Financial or Investment Advice

The Services are provided for informational and technical purposes only. Nothing on Coixa constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with digital assets and DeFi protocols.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content related to Coixa are the property of Coixa or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or applicable laws, or if continued access poses legal, security, or operational risks.

Due to the decentralized nature of blockchain networks, certain features may remain accessible even after termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Coixa is not liable for loss of funds, data, profits, or opportunities.
• Coixa is not responsible for blockchain failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, or network congestion.
• Coixa is not liable for any loss, delay, rejection, compliance action, chargeback, or dispute arising from services provided by third-party fiat on-ramp providers.
• Use of the Services is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coixa, its contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data in a non-custodial environment.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the Services with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Coixa constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of a jurisdiction to be determined, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Referral Program

Coixa may facilitate a referral program through designated Community Operators. By using a referral code provided by an authorized Operator, you agree that:

• We may collect your device identifier and wallet address to validate and track the referral for ecosystem growth analytics.
• Referral codes are issued exclusively to authorized Coixa Operators and are not available to all users.
• Coixa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or Operator status at any time.

By using Coixa, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with non-custodial blockchain software, decentralized protocols, and third-party service providers used within the application, including fiat-to-cryptocurrency purchase providers.
