Data Deletion Request
To request deletion of your data associated with Coixa, follow the steps below.
Instructions
- Send an email to: support@coixa.xyz
- Include your wallet address used in the app
- (Optional) Include your device ID if available
Our team will process your request within 7 days.
What Data Is Deleted
We delete the following data upon request:
- Device identifiers
- Referral tracking data
- Associated usage records
We do NOT store or control:
- Blockchain wallet data
- On-chain transactions (these cannot be deleted)
Retention
Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance before permanent deletion.
